Alpine group of industries was established some 40 years ago with its head office housed in Lahore. We stepped into high presser air compressors of 500 bars in mid 90’s, serving different professional organizations, supported by after sale service technical connoisseurs. This succession enticed us to enter into the most delicate, but most robust industry of CNG refueling stations. And the choice is definitely a reliable NGV compression system.

Durability
The bearings in the Bauer compressor are designed and constructed for working life of more than 30,000 operating hours.

Continuous
The intelligent cooling system with oversized coolers combined with large surface rebbed cylinders ensures optimum cooling of each compression stage. An efficient forced feed lubrication system with an oil micro filter guarantees minimum of wears of all moving parts.

Safety
Full stroke safety values after each stage of compression protect the system to provide maximum safety.

The engineering team at the Bauer research and development center strives to ensure that Bauer keeps at the forefront of technology. We provide feed back to Bauer R&D center for continuous improvement policy.

Unit running
For maximum machine life considerable time and engineering goes into the design of the generously dimensioned shock absorbers and rigid base frames fitted to Bauer compressors to guarantee the best possible le isolation of vibration. This minimizes the effect on the environment and assures maximum machine life with greatly reduced stresses on component parts.

Quality
BAUER ensures maximum quality, monitoring during production according to the requirements defined in DIN EN ISO 9001. Each single compressor block is tested in a continuous test run. The final unit test is done under real operating conditions.
Each compressor unit undergoes an extensive function and safety test.All units are built to satisfy customer requirements.
